Cobblestone v6.2 adds Membership Tracking, Two-Way SMS messaging and verification, updated Promotional module and increased leverage of Cardroom specific mobile application.

Cobblestone Gaming has announced the release of version 6.2 of their Cobblestone Casino and Cardroom Management System. This release adds Membership tracking of players as well as daily fees, updated SMS and Promotional modules, and increased integration with custom client mobile app. 

Cobblestone Gaming understands that every jurisdiction has their own rules and regulations. That is why Cobblestone is built with the ability to manage options directly in the software. One such option is the ability to manage memberships for locations that are required to make their clubs private and to not take a rake on any game. Version 6.2 included the automated tracking and deduction of points for seat rentals and 6.2 adds the ability to track the memberships of the players. Memberships can be any length of time (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or lifetime) while the costs per membership is customizable by the club. The ability to also have a daily fee is included in v6.2.

Cobblestone has included an SMS messaging module for a couple of years. Now, again in response to our customers requirements, we have added the ability to do Two-Way SMS messaging. Two-Way messaging allows for a player to respond to a message that the Cobblestone system has sent. For example, a player that has been alerted that their seat is available through an SMS message, can now respond to let the podium know if they want the seat, don’t want the seat, or that they are coming and to lock it up. It also lets the podium reply to the patron.

Version 6.2 also gives users the ability to have players sign off on receiving SMS messages. Through the use of a tablet the player can accept the SMS service as well as sign off on the legal documentation pertaining to the use of SMS messages. A copy of that signed document is available if there ever is a need. The Cobblestone system then sends them a message to verify the number. Once that is complete the player will recieve messages from the Cobblestone system.

Another big addition to the Cobblestone system is the ability to push an offer to a patron that signs up and dowloads the custom mobile application. This default offer will appear in the offers section of the app and allow the player to redeem it by scanning the player specific generated 2D barcode at the cardroom/casino.  There is a new Promo Offer Report that details all offer promotions and their respective status (pending, redeemed or expired) based on a date range and can be filtered based on patron.
