Cobblestone Gaming

Version 4.1 of Cobblestone software with Multi-day 1 – Max Re-entry Tournament tracking, Waitlist seated history and more reports

version 4.1 cards

Cobblestone Gaming has released version 4.1 of their innovative and advanced Cobblestone Poker Room and Casino Management solution. The new release includes updated Tournament, Cage, Waitlist, Admin and Reports modules.

Cobblestone Gaming was recently approached by a tournament director that had just been told that the circuit event, that was to start in just days, had an updated Re-Entry policy. The new policy allowed players to Re-enter only 1 time throughout all of the day ones of the event. He asked if Cobblestone Gaming could add that functionality, quickly!  Within 3 days the feature was tested and rolled out for the event. This new option allows tournament directors to link tournaments together and state a maximum number of re-entries across all of the linked tournaments. If a player tries to register for more than the stated number of re-entries the Cobblestone system will not sell them another ticket.  This feature saved the tournament director from having to manually track every player registering for the tournament.

A few new features were added to the Waitlist module in version 4.1. First, a history button has been added to the Waitlist menu. This button will take the user to a reverse chronological order of all players that have been seated. It also shows the length of time the player was on the waitlist giving great feedback to the Poker Room management. Also added was the ability to Rollover a phone-in before their time has expired.

Cobblestone Gaming has added two new reports to the Cobblestone Reports module for Waitlist and updated one Tournament report and one Cage report.

  • Waitlist History Detail Report – Shows all detail from when a player(s) was placed on the waitlist to when they were seated based on gaming period. This is viewable by player initials or by all players.
  • Waitlist History Summary Report – Shows summary from when a player(s) was placed on the waitlist to when they were seated based on gaming period. This is viewable by player initials or by all players.
  • Tournament Payment Details Report – Added alternates
  • Voided Tickets Cage Report – Added voided alternates

Multiple Administration functions were also added including the ability to turn Rolling-over a phone-in on/off and the ability to view/reset what Tournament Clock Channels are in use and by what tournament.

Cobblestone Gaming designs, develops, and supports desktop and point of activity mobile solutions for guests, patron, and employee services. Their first product, Cobblestone, is the first completely mobile, browser based, RFID enabled poker and table management solution.
